Human Resources (HR) Intern

Designation: HR Intern

Experience: Fresher or Final year students

Stipend and Other Details:

1. There is an opportunity to be hired on a full-time role after the internship. However, this depends on the candidate’s performance during the internship and the candidate will be mandatorily required to complete the 6 months of internship continuously.

2. The stipend will vary from INR 5K to 10K per month based on the performance of the candidate. The stipend may be revised after the 3 months of the internship, based on the performance of the candidate.

3. Candidate would be required to use their own laptop.

4. Initially, the position will be remote and later on, it will be converted to a hybrid/at-office position and the candidate will be required to join from our Noida office.

5. Working hours will be 8 hours, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Managing talent acquisition and talent management.
  • Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the requirements, through various sources like job portals, LinkedIn etc, screening, scheduling interviews, sharing feedback.
  • Coordinating with TPO for Campus placements.
  • Assisting with Pre-Employment Processes.
  • Coordinating new hire onboarding, issuing employment documents/letters and maintaining personnel files.
  • Assisting in development and maintenance of policies & procedures.
  • Assisting in employee relations concerns, attendance of the employees, PIP, disciplinary issues.
  • Managing exit process, exit interviews, reference checks etc.
  • HR administrative tasks.
  • Introducing and setting up the HR processes as the need arises.
  • Managing attendance and leaves through HRIS and preparing payroll data. Also tracking the time sheet on a regular basis for the employees.
  • Managing the PF, ESIC process, and ensuring compliance with the government requirements.
  • Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team.
  • Documenting office expenditures. Managing and organizing office events on various festivals.
  • Manage and Accurately Report Time and Expenses.
  • Replying to the queries of the candidates applying for different job openings.
  • Promote and create the job posts and promote them on social media.

  • Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
  • Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people.
  • Ability to correctly make decisions involving employee issues/ problems including when to escalate the problem to management.
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail writing.
  • Ability to create social media posts to promote the job openings on social media.
