We are looking for freshers who can join us as Business Development Intern who have a long-term value for organizations.

We’re looking for a learner and executor who understands how to leverage real data on business trends and opportunities. We’re looking for customer-obsessed mind who is ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have excellent and enticing communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work individually as well as in a team to understand the evolving industry landscape. The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to support the business development team in identifying new business opportunities for the sale of IT services, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

More Details:

1. Stipend will vary from INR 5K to 10K per month based on the performance of the candidate.

2. There is an opportunity to be hired on a full-time role after internship.

3. Candidate should be willing to use their own laptop.

4. This is a remote position but you should be open to join from office if required duration 6 months of internship.

5. Working hours will be 8 hours, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels such as research, networking, and outreach.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement lead-generation strategies and initiatives such as email marketing.
  • Support in promoting company services to prospects, both cold and warm leads with a focus on IT Solutions.
  • Contribute to maintaining a robust pipeline of leads to meet sales objectives.

2. Support in Client Relationship Management:

  • Aid in establishing and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Assist in understanding client needs and aligning solutions accordingly, especially in the context of IT Products and Services.
  • Provide support in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to streamline and manage client interactions effectively.

3. Sales Support:

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
  • Aid in addressing client concerns and objections, providing necessary support.
  • Contribute to enhancing the grievance redressal mechanism to improve client feedback processes.

4. Assist in Proposal Generation:

  • Support the team in preparing competitive sales proposals.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to assist in creating accurate project quotes, particularly for IT-related projects.

5. Contribution to Negotiation and Closing:

  • Participate in negotiations to support in closing sales deals.
  • Assist in managing contract negotiations and agreements, especially concerning IT Services.

6. Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to providing feedback to enhance marketing strategies and product development.

7. Sales Reporting:

  • Aid in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Assist in generating regular reports on sales performance, covering sales across diverse sectors, including IT sales.

8. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technological landscapes and swiftly integrate new knowledge into sales strategies.
  • Analytical mindset to comprehend complex IT Solutions and articulate their benefits to potential clients.
